Their produce! Look at the size of those plums! Their fresh bread wall. Look at the crusty crust on that bread - better than most baguettes. But, always limit your carbs, especially white bread. Whole grains always the better choice.

These are so good.... found at Whole Foods @$4/lb, theyre not cheap, but their tops are more fragile and require more effort in picking/production. They peel super easy and are sweet yet complex. YUM.

Only notation: it says "veggies" on Kung Pao chicken, its really onions with maybe a few nibs of peppers.
Calamari, this was in their "special order" section, so we wont likely see as a staple, but rated BEST FROZEN calamari.
Nuts- value priced
Cheese is a cross between gouda and buttery. Semi soft.
Roasted garlic hummus, rice- always good and value priced.

Many OTC breads are dry and sprouted can sometimes taste, well, too healthy. This is the first sprouted bread trialed that is soft and tasty- you actually might enjoy eating it just with butter! And, it doesnt have that bitter taste that extreme low fat breads have... yes, more calories but if you end up wasting most of the loaf youre buying now.....

Salsa: Tastes just made!! BEST SALSA.
Giardiniera: a great way to put veggies on EVERYTHING. Tastes great and no cutting of 5 veggies, just put on (make sure you use a slotted spoon to NOT use oil).
Believe it or not, got these at Marshalls.
* Best lemon over the counter cookie, especially with your afternoon tea. Very light.
* Top 5 over the counter chocolate.
Creamy, great depth, just the right amount of cocoa/sugar, good feel. And, 70% dark, which research has shown many benefits toward.
(not to mention both were at great prices)
I havent been disappointed in any food items Ive got at this chain.
