Great Trader Joe grabs:
1. Their mixed nuts are only $8 for 12 oz ($.67/oz). No peanuts.
Planters Deluxe Pistachio mix, appears to be same content is $.86/oz at time of this writing. And, TJs has reduced salt. See Walmart button at bottom.
2. MoonX wine is under $10 and has the taste of a $25 wine. Its a mixed red. Low tannin, bold enough to be interesting. I give it a top 5 wine value. I taste a cherry/dark chocolate...balanced.
This site had more to say in its description: www.cheapwinefinder.com/26015/onx-moon-dark-red-blend/
3. TJs dark chocolate (they put by cash register) is only $2/bar. AND...it has 70% cacoa, for those that like a bolder chocolate. The best variety is the coconut caramel or caramel and salt. My only tiny complaint would be that this chocolate be easier to break into pieces (now, the caramel gooos all over). But, these bars are a great value. And, I would give them a Top 5 chocolate rating of all those Ive tried over the counter (OTC). Try! I allow max of 2 squares/day.
