I tried these at the gym and they are GREAT! The 4 oz cookie is 8 points on traditional WW, they are also $2/ea on their website. But, they pack 16 grams of protein. This would be considered a meal. For a light snack, I'd eat only half. But, they are very good as a protein hit goes.
I've tried 4: the double chocolate, coconut chocolate, lemon poppy and the birthday cake. All good. I think the best of this type product!
