* Some Kroger stores have in house makers of sushi and I found it to taste great....the one I buy has REAL crab. At about $8, the one shown here is I believe the fake "Krab" and shrimp.
* Special K chips...these allow you to eat several to fill you up, and of all the lower calorie options, this is one of the top 7. You can eat 25 for 2 weight watcher points (traditional formula).
* Favorite add to water is "True Lemon" because it uses sugar and stevia (a natural sweetener ...see blog after this on sweetener categories). My own feeling is that the more natural you get, the better for your body. Your body knows how to process natural compounds! It is VERY hard to find this in quick add on products. I read a lot of labels to save you time.
* Arizona green tea (uses Splenda) because its sugar free and for a fast green tea fix, it works. And, many studies talk about green tea inhibiting too much eating!
Note; Most products I found in the store contain aspartame (its probably cheapest to use) and although the American Cancer Society says ...bottom line that aspartame is ok, I still prefer natural.
