Pomegranate blueberry drink: 0 cal/0 fat
Nonnis Triple Chocolate Biscotti....Yum. 1 modest treat/day. Not really a weight watcher item!
Noosa Yogurt: Eat this instead of ice cream....it is smooth and has some sugar in it to be more of a dessert.
Wasabi snack mix: Good stuff inside...mostly nuts not carbs
Amys pizza snacks....the "other" pizza snacks have way too much fried batter outside with little nutritional inside. NOT Amys. Light outside and lots inside. Also, instead of eating several slices of pizza, eat 2 to satisfy and make a salad while friends eat their pizza.
Yes soup...I put a few more spices in it and its a very healthy soup (with whole grain rice)
Kerrygold butter...yes, its not light but the light version of Kerrygold is hard to find. THeir butter is very flavorful.
