Trader Joe grabs.....
Their new fall harvest salsa is outstanding. You can use this for cooking with chicken, as a regular salsa, or adding to eggs (see my recipe on that). This is a mild sauce, but with interesting depth. Here's what Trader Joe says about it:
They have a Maine stalwart since the 19th century making it. They use a recipe that begins with heirloom variety pumpkins and includes butternut squash and apples, yet is absolutely a salsa.
Fall Harvest Salsa is tomato-rich, with fire-roasted tomatillos, red bell peppers, jalapeños, and lime juice, giving it a traditional salsa profile that marries melodiously with its harvest-centered elements.
Their peanut butter is the best tasting that I've found, and I love 'pb'. So, BEST OF PEANUT BUTTER. Did you know that most peanut butters have a ton of sugar in them?? This doesn't. Many don't know that. Some aren't used to natural peanut butters like this one, because they will have some oil separation in them....all you have to do is mix it with the rest and refrigerate and it will be more similar to the peanut butters that you're used to eating.
Spicy Peanut vinaigrette....this can be used in many salads and also with chicken....I used with both in my superfast recipe of chicken thai crunch...see the recipe section or www.cookingfine.com/8/post/2016/10/js-sf-spicy-thai-chicken-crunch.html. This makes Thai really easy and fast.
