I found this from the National Center on Health Stats. Wow. Concerning that kids are at risk. All the more to focus on good eating habits for adults, better recipes, to "walk the talk" and show our kids. If you're an adult, think back: aren't most of your eating habits duplicates of what you ate as a kid? So many of our personality traits are determined early on. Instead of being only concerned with getting our kids in the right schools/education: lets first take a strong interest in their health.
