Faith that you CAN make something good to eat...
fairly healthy, in under 30 minutes!
Recipes will not have long stories where you're half way through the recipe and realize you were NOT supposed to add that full tablespoon of salt in the first part of the recipe!
Its about being Tasty but still being Healthy. Its so easy to create recipes that taste super great....use butter, sugar or fry it! But, all these things don't always produce the figure you'd like to retain. There's a balance, while still tasting good!
You'll SAVE TIME counting calories!! Portions figured and put through the WW calculator.
A word on DESSERTS...................
With limited points/day, you have to choose....a great tasting meal without dessert or a flimsy meal AND dessert. Opting for a better meal will last your body longer before being hungry again.
My advice: If you want desert, splurge on what you want, but eat only a small portion.
Weight Watcher NOTES.................
Recipes use WW points (the traditional formula), which calculates fiber, calories, and fat into consideration.
Even if you don't know the WW system, the bottom line for most is that 8-10 points/meal is about the max you want to eat.... and I've already calculated for you!
