Spinach stuffed salmon in Italian sauce
I love seafood!!
12 WW points/ea and about 25 mins prep/cook
Preheat oven 375.
1.5 handfuls spinach- chiffonade
3 TBL gorgonzola cheese
1 TBL light italian dressing
12 oz salmon filet- I prefer Icelandic (two 6oz pieces)
Make a pocket lengthwise in the salmon, insert half bowl ingredients.
Top salmon with:
Williams Sonoma pizza seasoning
1 TBL/ea salmon of light Italian dressing
Cook about 12 mins at 375 degrees.
1 pkg Green Giant Healthy Choice veggies
Note: pic shows King Salmon which is great, but I only buy on sale, which is rare.
