Js chix broc bacon pasta
2 servings, takes 30 mins, 13 points/ea serv.
5 ozTrader Joes org brown rice & quinoa spaghetti
Boil water, add pasta. Cook until el dente. Drain, set aside.
2 TBLlight butter
8 ozChicken breast, cut thin
pepper/salt to taste
all seasoning- saltless to taste
Cook until done, set aside.
2CBroccoli florets- chopped
2 TBLminced garlic
Cook a few mins, add rest.
1Trader Joe chix broth pkg
1 TBLcorn starch
Let this get a little melted.
Put pasta into mixture, heating. Cut chix in strips. Add bacon. Serve.
3 TBLNatural bacon bits
This is over the usual limit of weight watcher….so you should eat this at lunch, only followed by a light dinner of maybe soup.
