J's Chix Parmesan with spaghetti
Makes 3 servings. Takes 25 Mins. About 11WW points/serving (this is high so don't
eat it late!)
12 oz or .75 lb Bell& Evans chix breast- hammer out to one thickness , cut into 3 equal
pieces (3rd pc likely will be 2 cuts off of each side)
2 TBL whole wheat flour
1 tea TJs salute seasoning
3/4 tea dried onion powder (can substitute dried onion pieces)
1/2 tea garlic powder
Mix well. Coat chix, put into heated skillet below.
2 TBL EVOO
Heat oil. Add coated chix breasts. Cook about 3 mins both sides.
1/2C chix stock
Put broth in skillet, turn heat lo/med, add 3/4 TBL of the tomato basil sauce. With chix
still inside, cover/simmering for a few minutes. Serve. Any au jus can be added on top of the
5 oz wheat spaghetti
cook until el dente, add to sauce, mix. Put 2/3C in ea serving and put chix on top for
1.5 C tomato basil marinara
heat on low.
On top: 2 TBL shredded cheese per person
