Js SF spicy thai chicken crunch

Cost about $2.5/each dinner
1/2 TBL EVOO
8 oz chix tenders- cut in small pieces
shakes of seasoned salt/pepper/garlic/cilantro
Cook above about a minute.
1/2 C TJs spicy peanut vinaigrette
Toss around chix about 1 min. Add to each dish
Part 3: add chix mix on top of the following; EACH DISH gets:
1C broccoli slaw
1/4C TJs cinnamon roasted almonds
This is crunchy, fast, and tasty. Gives you some sweetness with the nuts and some spicy with the "sauce".
