Js salmon italian wrap (my favorite wrap)
serves 1. Takes about 15 mins. With chips, 14 points, but this isnt sugar and will sustain you a long while.
8 oz salmon (norwegian tastes best)
1 TBL EVOO
1/4 tea old bay seasoning
Let oil heat, season salmon, cook until mostly done.
3 TBL Lite italian dressing
9 grinds pepper
1/4 tea Old bay seasoning
4 TBL 3 cheese - shredded (parm/asiago/romano) or shaved
Flake salmon, mix with dressing/seasoning. Fold in cheese. Add to wrap.
Use 5 oz for the wrap (set aside other for a small snack later)
For each wrap use:
handful Italian lettuce - pre shred
1 Lawash sundried tomato wrap
10 Pop chips : sour cream and onion
