Js porcini ravioli with Portobello butter sauce
Serves 2. Takes about 20 mins.
Cost: ~$4/serving and 11 points/serving (this is high so your other meals need to be without carbs)
1 TBL EVOO
3/4C Portobello mushrooms - chopped
1/3C shredded carrots
1 TBL garlic- minced
2 oz white wine
Cook on medium until fragrant, then put on low, add:
1 TJs chix pkt (for true vegetarians, use veg base here)
seasoned salt/pepper to taste
3 TBL light butter
2.5 TBL whipping cream
1 tea ea DRIED: thyme, chives, parsley
THEN…. Add ravioli in the pan dispersed out, toss until theyre heated, serve.
